Instead of traveling to a clinic, you’ll speak face-to-face with your podiatrist over secure video. During the session, you’ll have the chance to explain your concerns, show your foot if needed, and receive clear, professional advice tailored to you.

1. Book your appointment: Choose a time that suits you through our simple online booking system.

2. Complete your intake form: After selecting a booking time, you’ll be asked to fill out a short medical history form, instructions for joining the video call, and tips to help you prepare.

3. Get ready for your session: Five minutes before your appointment, find a quiet space with good lighting and a reliable internet connection. Wear comfortable clothing so you can easily show your feet and ankles if needed.

4. Meet your podiatrist: At your appointment time, your podiatrist will review your history, ask questions, guide you through movements or tests if appropriate, and provide tailored advice or a treatment plan.

5. Follow your plan: You’ll leave with clear next steps, which may include exercises, footwear recommendations, self-care techniques, or a referral if in-person care is needed.

However, your podiatrist can provide an informed clinical opinion, discuss likely causes based on your symptoms and history, and offer evidence-based advice on what to do next. If an in-person assessment, imaging, or hands-on treatment is required to reach a diagnosis, you will be guided on the appropriate steps.

Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes, although the exact duration may vary depending on your concern. If your issue is more complex and requires additional time, your podiatrist may recommend booking a follow-up appointment to ensure everything is properly addressed.
